Strawberry Banana Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

One muffin that's got it all! It's fabulously fruity and delicious.

Poppy seeds

Bananas, chopped

Strawberries, IQF, chopped

  1. Combine water and banana extract in large mixing bowl; add muffin mix and poppyseeds and stir until batter is smooth.
  2. Fold in bananas and strawberries; deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  3. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
