A dreamy cream cheese filling is baked inside these lemony muffins.

Cream cheese filling
1 lb 8.00 oz
2 1/2 cups
  1. Combine water, muffin mix and poppy seeds in large mixing bowl.
  2. Deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  3. Pipe approx. 0.5 oz cream cheese filling into center of batter.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
