Farro Breakfast Porridge

Ancient grain farro, with its rich, nutty flavor, is all new in a hot and hearty breakfast cereal with Yoplait® yogurt, raspberries and honey.

Water, hot approx. 120°F

  1. Melt butter in large sauté pan; add farro and toast for approx. 4-5 min or until aroma is nutty.
  2. Stir in cinnamon and hot water; bring to boil, then reduce heat.
  3. Simmer over low heat until farro is al dente and water is absorbed, approx. 20-25 minutes.
  4. Add yogurt, honey, raspberries and salt; mix well, scoop approx. 3.5 oz into bowls and serve warm.

  • Tip: Garnish with additional raspberries and a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness if desired.
