Chia Pudding
  1. Combine yogurt, applesauce, cranberries and chia seeds; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Assembly
  1. Place 1/2 cup strawberries into 16 serving cups; add a #6 scoop Chia Pudding.
  2. Top with remaining strawberries divided between cups; cover with tight lid if desired and serve cold.
