Banana Nut Muffins with Chocolate Chips

Muffin rounds are sandwiched with chocolate chips on top. Simply delicious.

  1. Place 1 puck (thawed) into each greased or paper-lined muffin cup.
  2. Press 1 additional puck into chocolate chips, coating 1 side; place on other puck, chips side up.
  3. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips evenly among pans and bake as directed below; allow to cool before serving.
