Vegan Dairy Free Strawberry Watermelon Mojito Smoothies

Cool, creamy, refreshing and delicious twist on a mojito with dairy free yogurt, watermelon and strawberries.

Rum
2 oz
1/4 cup
Lime juice
1 oz
2 Tbsp
Mint leaves, fresh
1 Tbsp
Watermelon cubes, frozen
1 lb
4 cups
Strawberries, stemmed, halved
5 oz
1 cup
  1. Add yogurt, rum, lime juice, mint leaves, watermelon cubes and strawberries to a large capacity blender (or prepare in batches).
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth or desired texture.
  3. Portion 8 oz into chilled serving glass; serve immediately.

  • Substitute additional lime juice for the rum for a non-alcoholic version. Garnish with additional mint leaves or rim the glass with organic colored sugar if desired. Serve with pickled watermelon rinds or a lime wheel for fun.
