Turmeric Coconut Spiced Yogurt

Sweetened coconut, shredded

Turmeric, ground

Dates, pitted and sliced

  1. Add yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, black pepper and nutmeg to blender; puree until smooth (mix in batches if needed).
  2. Pour approx. 8 oz into each serving cup or bowl.
  3. Combine coconut and turmeric in separate bowl; stir until coconut turns bright yellow.
  4. Sprinkle coconut mixture evenly over yogurt, add sliced dates and drizzle with 1/2 tsp of honey.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.

  • Serve with 1 cup oatmeal or warm rice for a larger breakfast, or freeze in popsicle forms layering Turmeric Coconut Spiced Yogurt and ParfaitPro Vanilla yogurt for a frozen treat.
