The classic niscoise salad never looked -- or tasted -- better! Layer up the signature beans, tomatoes, olives and tuna, and top with a basil-infused Yoplait® yogurt dressing.

Servings: 12 servings (1 serving = 3 1/2 oz salad)
Yogurt Dressing

Tuna, canned, drained well

Yogurt Dressing
  1. Add yogurt, mustard, pepper, vinegar, oregano and basil to mixing bowl; stir to combine.
  2. Deposit approx. 2 oz into 4 oz parfait insert; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Assembly
  1. Layer ingredients in 16 oz parfait cup (1 oz green beans, 2 oz potatoes, 0.5 oz black olives, 0.5 oz mixed greens, 3 grape tomatoes, 1/2 boiled egg and 1.5 oz tuna).
  2. Place dressing insert on top and keep refrigerated.
