  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle; mix on low speed an additional 1 minute.
  3. Add eggs slowly while mixing on low speed until combined; stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle.
  4. Add cake mix and mix on low speed for 2 minutes until incorporated. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  5. Add pretzels and chocolate chips; mix on low speed for 1 minute.
  6. Deposit dough evenly onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  7. Bake and drizzle caramel topping evenly over cooled blondies.
