The hearty oatmeal and Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt combo in a cup keeps customers satisfied until lunch!

Applesauce, unsweetened, chilled

Sunflower seed butter, creamy

  1. Add applesauce and sunflower seed spread to mixing bowl; stir until blended.
  2. Add yogurt, unpeeled apples and oats; mix thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate overnight then portion 2 - #8 scoops (approx. 10 oz) into each serving cup with cover.
  4. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration making sure to serve product within 72 hours of preparation.

  • Garnish with whipped topping and 1 tsp each of chocolate syrup, chocolate chips and sunflower seeds if desired. Or, try soy or peanut butter for menu variety. Note nutrition information may change.
  • For crediting in USDA Child Nutrition Programs, 1 serving (10 oz) = 1 MA, 1 oz equivalent Grain and 1 cup Fruit *Yogurt as a Meat Alternative can be served in place of a second grain at breakfast once a first grain has been served.
