Pineapple Spinach Smoothies

Fresh spinach provides a boost in vitamin A in a smoothie that's absolutely delicious and gorgeously green!

Servings: 16 servings (1 serving = 8 oz portion)

Pineapple chunks, canned, drained, chilled

Spinach, fresh

  1. Add chilled pineapple, spinach and yogurt to a large capacity blender container (or prepare in batches).
  2. Blend on high speed 1 minute; stop blender and stir ingredients with spatula.
  3. Continue blending until smooth.
  4. Portion 8 oz smoothie into serving cup, cover and serve chilled; refrigerate overnight if desired.

  • A great smoothie to serve for St. Patrick's Day. Garnish with additional pineapple chunks if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
