Pineapple Orange Smoothies

Pineapple and oranges team up for a fruity explosion of flavors in a creamy yogurt smoothie.

Pineapple chunks, canned, drained, chilled

Mandarin orange segments, canned, drained, chilled

3 3/4 cups
  1. Place chilled fruit and yogurt in large capacity blender (or prepare in batches).
  2. Blend on high speed 1 minute; stop blender and stir ingredients with spatula.
  3. Continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Portion into serving cups and cover. Serve chilled. Smoothies may be refrigerated overnight.

  • Serve to students for national testing days. Garnish with additional pineapple chunks, if desired.
