Peanut Butter Streusel

Crumbly toppings are good… peanut butter streusel is better! An easy version starts with a white cake mix.

Quick oats, dry

Peanut butter, creamy
2 lb 4.00 oz
4 cups
  1. Cut cold butter into 1 1/2-inch chunks.
  2. Add cake mix, oats, peanut butter and butter to mixer bowl.
  3. Using paddle attachment, mix on low speed 2-4 minutes or until combined and crumbly.
  4. Store refrigerated in airtight container until ready to use.

  • Be creative by using other cake mix flavors, ingredients (chopped nuts, small chocolate chips, vanilla extract) or spices (nutmeg, allspice) you prefer to create new variations. Note nutrition information may change. Use streusel as a topping for all types of baked goods; sprinkle on just before baking.
