Parmesan Baked Biscuit Crowns

Mmm… Place a flaky biscuit half over cheese that's melting and browning in a skillet for an indulgent take on a grilled cheese.

Parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 cup
Italian seasoning, if desired
1/4 tsp
  1. Preheat grill or nonstick skillet to 350°F.
  2. Split biscuit in half; sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese for each biscuit half onto skillet.
  3. Place cut side of biscuit down on top of cheese (if seasoning is thick, sprinkle onto cheese before placing cut side of biscuit down on top of the cheese to finish melting).
  4. Grill 20-30 seconds cheese side down.
  5. Carefully remove Parmesan biscuit crown from pan using spatula.
  6. Cool cheese side up, or serve immediately.
