Mojito Smoothies

Make a mojito even more refreshing when it's smoothie-style, with Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt and plenty of fresh mint.

Applesauce, unsweetened, chilled

Lemonade, no sugar added

Mint extract
1 tsp
Mint leaves, fresh, minced
2 tsp
  1. Combine yogurt, applesauce, lemonade and mint extract in 8 quart or larger measurement-marked storage container.
  2. Stir until well mixed and fold in mint leaves; portion 8 oz liquid into 9 oz serving cup.
  3. Place lids on cups and serve chilled; refrigerate if not serving immediately.

  • Tip: Prepare and refrigerate smoothies overnight if desired.
