Sweet-spicy cardamom is a perfect complement to tropical mango in an Indian-style smoothie.

Cardamom, ground

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour 10 oz of beverage into 8, 12 oz cups.
  3. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.
