Sweeten up tender corn muffins with honey and grated orange zest.

Gold Medal™ Corn Muffin Mix (11442)

1 box
Pour water, buttermilk, honey and orange zest into mixing bowl; whisk together.
Add muffin mix; whisk until batter is smooth (batter will be thick).
Deposit batter using #10 scoop into greased standard-size muffin pans and bake as directed below.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 8 minutes of baking.
