Holly Yogurt Eggnog

Make a smoothie that's extra-special with vanilla soy milk, maple, rum and more, blended with vanilla yogurt.

Maple syrup, pure

1/4 cup
Vanilla extract

Nutmeg, ground

Rum, dark, if desired

1/4 cup
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Store covered, under refrigeration until use.

  • Tip: Yogurt contains live cultures that will cause eggnog to thicken as it stands under refrigeration. For best results, use within 24 hours. Discard prepared eggnog after 48 hours.
