Ham, Egg and Cheese Muffins

Stir ham, scrambled eggs and cheese into muffin batter and offer a super savory breakfast on the go.

  1. Soft scramble eggs and set aside.
  2. Combine water and butter in large mixing bowl; add muffin mix and stir until batter is smooth.
  3. Fold in ham, cheese and scrambled eggs; deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool slightly before serving.
