Gluten-Free Protein-Infused Lemon Herb Honey Butter

It's a better butter! Yoplait® yogurt gives it a boost of flavor and protein, and lemon and dill add the pizzazz.

Butter, unsalted, softened

  1. Place all ingredients, in batches, in a bowl of a food processor and run for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape down sides and run for an additional minute until well mixed.
  3. Divide butter (approx. 1 lb 4 oz) on 10 large sheets of plastic wrap.
  4. Roll wrap tightly, forming the butter into a 1 1/2-inch diameter cylinder.
  5. Place in refrigerator overnight to solidify. Slice in approx. 1 1/2 - 2-inch slices for a 2 oz portion.
