Butter, unsalted

Light corn syrup

Chili powder

Cayenne pepper, ground

Garlic powder

Cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp
Oregano leaves, dried
1 tsp
Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Place cereal in large mixing bowl; set aside.
  2. Place butter and corn syrup in large, heavy-bottomed saucepan; heat on medium until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat. Add remaining seasoning mixture ingredients to saucepan; stir to combine.
  4. Add seasoning mixture to cereal; fold until cereal is evenly coated.
  5. Spread mixture evenly onto parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  6. Bake as directed, stir immediately once out of the oven; cool to room temperature. Store in airtight containers.
