Easy Blueberry Pear Cobbler

Comfort food doesn't get any easier than this. Simply layer up the cobbler ingredients and bake, with foolproof and fabulous results.

Pear halves, canned in light syrup

Cinnamon, ground

Cardamom, ground

Nutmeg, ground

Ginger, dried, ground

Brown sugar, packed

1 cup
Butter, unsalted, small dice

  1. Pour canned pears (with liquid) into full steam table pan; roughly chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sprinkle blueberries evenly, followed by white cake mix, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger.
  3. Fold gently but DO NOT completely stir together.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and diced butter evenly on top.
  5. Bake as directed below and serve warm using #16 scoop.
