A Yoplait® Nonfat Plain Yogurt sauce with ginger and curry complements sweet, succulent lobster in a divine parfait.

Lobster Yogurt Mixture

Sugar snap peas, fresh, finely sliced

  1. Place yogurt, cilantro, ginger, chili garlic sauce, curry, lemon grass and lobster in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  2. Deposit mixture using a #8 scoop (4 oz) into each of 12 - 7 oz parfait cups.
  3. Place 2 tsp of sliced peas on top.
  4. Serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.

  • Tip: Cooked shrimp or crab can be substituted for the lobster if desired.
