Chocolate Cheesecake Quick Bread

A superb cream cheese filing swirls through a decadent chocolate quick bread.

Sour cream

Chocolate syrup

Chocolate chips

Filling
  1. Place cream cheese, whole eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl.
  2. Blend with paddle attachment until smooth; set aside.
Batter
  1. Pour water, sour cream and chocolate syrup into mixing bowl.
  2. Add muffin mix; mix using whisk or rubber spatula until batter is smooth.
  3. Fold chocolate chips into batter.
  4. Deposit approx. 11 oz quick bread batter into 6 well greased loaf pans.
  5. Add approx. 3.5 oz cream cheese filling along center of each loaf pan.
  6. Repeat cream cheese filling into each loaf pan; bake as directed below.
