Chicken and Crudite Snacker with Hummus Duo

Two hummus flavors made with with Mountain Highâ„¢ Original Style Plain Yoghurt make snacking on chicken slices, carrots and celery a satisfying snack.

Assembly
  1. Add garbanzo beans (chickpeas), yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, cumin, and paprika to bowl of food processor; mix for 3-5 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Remove half of mixture, cover and refrigerate.
  3. Add roasted red peppers to remaining mixture; mix for additional 2-4 minutes or until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
Serving
  1. Serve in bento-type box or disposable container with multiple compartments for best display.
  2. 1 serving is: 3 oz cooled, grilled chicken; 2 sticks celery; 4 sticks orange carrots; 2 sticks red carrots; 2 oz plain hummus; 2 oz roasted red pepper hummus.

  • Tip: To toast ground cumin, use small sautĂ© pan over medium heat. Stir constantly 3-5 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown.
