Breakfast Biscuit Sticks

Breakfast is the best meal of the day if you can start with ham 'n cheese-stuffed breadsticks served with scrambled eggs.

Servings: 240 servings (1 serving = 1 Stick)
INGREDIENT

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Ham, diced
1 lb
5 cups
Black pepper, coarsely ground

  1. Pour water into mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix with rubber spatula until soft dough is formed. Do not overmix.
  3. Deposit dough on generously floured pastry cloth or bench; flour dough lightly, and pat to flatten.
  4. Divide dough in half and roll each piece into rectangles 1/2-inch thick.
  5. Cut into 1/2 x 3-inch strips; place in 6 x 10 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan and bake.
