Horseradish, fresh, grated

2 1/2 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp
Tabasco™ sauce
2 tsp
Black pepper
1/2 tsp
Celery stalks, fresh

Carrot sticks, fresh
16 each
Lemon wedges, fresh

  1. Combine yoghurt, tomato and lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and pepper in 8 quart or larger measurement-marked food storage container; stir until well mixed.
  2. Portion 8 oz into 9 oz serving cup; if serving immediately add garnish of 1 celery stick, 1 carrot stick and 1 lemon wedge and keep cold.

  • Tip: Fill cups using the portioned one as a visual guide for remaining servings. Prep smoothie ahead of time and only add lids to cups after filling; refrigerate overnight and add garnish before serving.
