Hold the bacon and this Southern staple made with Yoplait® Yogurt is also a great vegetarian offering.

Pimento Cheese Spread

Red onion, finely diced

Black pepper, ground

Mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Red bell peppers, roasted, peeled and diced

Bacon slices, cooked

Pimento Cheese Spread
  1. Combine yogurt and mayonnaise in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Add onion, garlic powder and black pepper; mix completely.
  3. Fold in shredded cheese and red pepper; chill until needed.
Assembly
  1. Spread #20 scoop of Pimento Cheese Spread on bottom slice of ciabatta roll.
  2. Top with 1 slice of crisp bacon folded in half and replace ciabatta top.
  3. Serve with 1/4 cup tomato slices and 1/2 cup lettuce on the side.

  • Swap canned, drained pimentos for the roasted red pepper if desired.
