Bacon and Beer Waffles

Dark beer adds robust, roasted flavors -- even chocolatey notes -- to Pillsbury™ Buttermilk Pancake Mix waffles. Paired with smoky bacon, and it's nothing short of brilliant.

  1. Whisk together water, beer and pancake mix in mixing bowl until batter is mostly smooth.
  2. Fold in bacon then deposit #6 scoop of batter (5 oz) onto preheated Belgian waffle iron.
  3. Cook 4-5 minutes or until steaming stops; serve warm.

  • Top waffles with additional chopped bacon and drizzle with syrup if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
