Apricot Orange Smoothies

Subtle apricot lends a delicate flavor to an orange yogurt smoothie.

Apricot halves, canned, drained, chilled

Mandarin orange segments, canned, drained, chilled
2 lb
3 3/4 cups
  1. Place chilled fruit and yogurt in large capacity blender (or prepare in batches).
  2. Blend on high speed 1 minute; stop blender and stir ingredients with spatula.
  3. Continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Portion into serving cups, and cover. Serve chilled. Smoothies may be refrigerated overnight.

  • A great smoothie to serve in the summer. Garnish with additional orange segment, if desired.
