Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

America's favorite cookie takes a tip from zucchini bread. Chocolate chip cookies start with Gold Medal™ White Cake Mix and the addition of grated zucchini keep them moist.

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs slowly while mixing on low speed for 1 minute.
  3. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle. Add cake mix and mix on low speed 1 minute.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
  5. Mix on low speed until just incorporated, approx. 30 seconds. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  6. Deposit using #20 scoop in a 3 x 4 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined sheet pan.
