No need to waste those day-old baked croissants when you can turn them into croissant croutons!

Prep
  1. Thaw croissants, covered, either at room temperature 30-60 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
  1. Cut croissants into approx. 1-inch cubes; place in large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine olive oil, za’atar spice and salt in a small bowl; pour over croissant cubes.
  3. Gently toss until well-coated; transfer to parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  4. Bake as directed until crisp and golden brown.
