Tzatziki Slaw
  1. Stir together all ingredients in large mixing bowl until combined; cover and refrigerate until needed.
Marinaded Chicken
  1. Stir together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, pepper, salt and ginger in large mixing bowl until combined.
  2. Add chicken breast and stir to coat; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade, lightly scrapping off excess; discard remaining marinade.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, turning once.
Assembly
  1. Place chicken on bottom bun piece; top with 2 tomato slices, 2 oz Tzatziki Slaw and 1.25 oz crumbled feta.
