White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Muffin mix wears many hats! This time, it's the start of a sweet treat with tropical nuts and creamy chips.

Macadamia nuts, chopped

3 1/4 cups
  1. Combine butter and brown sugar in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs and mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Add muffin mix; mix on low speed 1 minute.
  4. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle; add white chocolate chips and nuts and mix on low speed just until incorporated, approx. 30 seconds.
  5. Deposit #30 scoop of dough in 4x6 pattern onto parchment-lined full sheet pans; bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
