Walnut Yogurt Drop Biscuits

Tangy vanilla yogurt in a fresh-baked biscuit complements the walnut-brown sugar topping.

Vanilla extract

Walnuts, chopped

Topping
  1. Toss topping ingredients in small mixing bowl until well blended. Set aside.
Biscuits
  1. Stir water, yogurt, brown sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl using rubber spatula until well blended.
  2. Add walnuts and biscuit mix. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit dough using #12 scoop in 4x6 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle each biscuit with the topping. Press down slightly to shape, if desired.
  5. Bake as directed below.
