A trendy shot glass dessert combines little cake cubes and an ultra rich, Mexican-inspired tres leche creamy mixture.

Batter
  1. Prepare batter according to package directions for a half box.
  2. Pour total amount of batter into a greased or parchment-lined half sheet pan.
  3. Bake as directed below; allow to cool and freeze for better handling.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 13 minutes of baking.
Tres Leches Mixture
  1. Combine all three milks together until incorporated.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.
Assembly
  1. Cut frozen cake into 1/4-inch cubes.
  2. Pipe 0.5 oz of vanilla pudding in bottom of shot glass; add 0.5 of cake cubes (approx. 12).
  3. Pour 1 oz of Tres Leches Mixture on top and pipe a rosette of whipped topping (approx. 0.25 oz).
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
