Semi-sweet chocolate chips

White chocolate chips
1 lb
2 1/2 cups
White Chocolate chunks
8 oz
1 cup
Dark or milk chocolate chunks
8 oz
1 cup
Pecans, chopped
6 oz
1/2 cup
Cashews, chopped

1/2 cup
  1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer bowl using paddle attachment on medium speed 1 minute.
  2. Scrape bowl with spatula and mix additional 1 minute. Add eggs, and water, mix on low speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Scrape bowl and paddle. Add cake mix, mix on low speed 1 minute. Scrape bowl and paddle.
  4. Mix again an additional 30 seconds. Do not over mix.
  5. Mix chips, chunks and nuts in a large mixing bowl. Scoop dough with #40 scoop and press into chip/nut mixture.
  6. Place in 4 x 6 pattern onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
