Tutti Fruitti Icing

Chopped cherries, lime juice and orange zest combine to turn vanilla icing into a colorful, fruity cake icing.

Maraschino cherries, chopped

Lime juice

Orange zest
2 Tbsp
  1. Place vanilla icing in mixer bowl with paddle attachment and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes until icing is light and fluffy.
  2. Stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Place cherries into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  4. Add cherries, juice and zest into icing and mix on medium speed for 45 seconds until well combined.
  5. Use icing immediately, refrigerate or freeze until needed.

  • Tip: Recipe amount will cover 1 full sheet cake or 130 cupcakes (with .5 oz of icing per cupcake).
