Three milks (evaporated, sweetened condensed and heavy cream) are poked inside a yummy cupcake using a squeeze bottle, so every bite is a moist, sweet treat!

Tres Leches Mixture
  1. Stir together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream until well blended.
  2. Fill squeeze bottle with mixture and reserve.
Batter
  1. Follow package directions for cupcake batter.
  2. Deposit using #16 scoop of batter into foil or paper-lined muffin pans.
  3. Bake as directed below.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 9 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Poke Tres Leches Mixture into warm cupcake and slowly fill with approx. 1 oz.
  2. Chill cupcakes, covered, 5 hours or overnight.
Finishing
  1. Whisk heavy cream in small mixer bowl on high speed using whisk attachment until stiff peaks form, approximately 6 minutes.
  2. Pipe or spread approx. 1 Tbsp whipped cream over each cupcake.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
