Sweet and Salty Brownies

Stir pretzel bits and salted peanuts into brownie batter for a sweet and salty taste explosion!

Peanuts, dry roasted, salted

Pretzel sticks

Batter
  1. Combine brownie mix and water in mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; mix for 30 seconds on low speed.
  2. Scrape down bowl and paddle and mix for 30 seconds on low speed.
  3. Fold 10 oz (2 cups) of peanuts into brownie batter.
  4. Deposit batter into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan and spread to evenly distribute.
  5. Distribute pretzels and remaining 1 cup of peanuts evenly over batter.
  6. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before portioning.
