Powdered sugar

Orange juice

Lemon juice, fresh

Lemon zest
1 Tbsp
Gelatin
Pour 1/2 cup hot water into small bowl; add gelatin and food coloring.
Stir until dissolved and set aside.
Batter
Pour 1/2 of cool water into mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment; add white cake mix and blend on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add remaining water gradually while mixing on low speed; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
Mix batter on low speed for an additional 2 minutes.
Deposit 1/2 of batter into a greased/floured or parchment-lined/greased full sheet pan.
Add dissolved gelatin to remaining batter in mixer bowl and mix on low speed for 1 additional minute.
Pour strawberry batter in ribbons over batter in pan; swirl together with spatula to create marbling.
Bake as directed below and cool completely.

Citrus Glaze
Combine sugar, juices and lemon zest in mixing bowl; beat with whisk until well combined.
Spread glaze over cake and allow to set before slicing.
