Water, cool approx. 72°F

  1. Melt butter in medium sauté pan over low heat; cook vegetables approx. 6-8 minutes or until softened.
  2. Remove from heat and add seasonings; allow mixture to cool to room temp.
  3. Mix muffin batter according to package directions; fold in vegetable mixture.
  4. Deposit #12 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  5. Bake as directed below and keep warm for serving.
