It's like an individual pizza all rolled up! Tender biscuit dough is topped with prosciutto, salami, pepperoni and cheese, then rolled up and baked.

Prosciutto, thinly sliced, 0.5 oz per slice

Pepperoni, sliced

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Eggs, large

Water, cool approx. 72°F

Kosher salt
1/3 cup
Black pepper, coarsely ground

Dough
  1. Pour water and biscuit mix into mixing bowl; stir until soft dough is formed, approx. 30 strokes.
  2. Divide into 36 portions using a #12 scoop.
  3. Dust work surface and rolling pin with flour; roll each portion into a 6-inch circle.
Assembly
  1. Layer each dough circle with 1 slice each of prosciutto and salami, 0.5 oz of both pepperoni and shredded cheese.
  2. Fold biscuit side edges into middle, like a wrap or burrito, then roll up.
  3. Place seam side down on a greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  4. Beat egg and water together and bush over each filled Stromboli.
  5. Sprinkle approx. 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper on top.
