Strawberry White Chocolate Drop Biscuits

Simple drop biscuits are easily transformed into enticing sweet and fruity breakfast pastries.

Vanilla extract

White chocolate chips

  1. Stir jelly, water and vanilla in mixing bowl using rubber spatula to break up jelly.
  2. Add biscuit mix. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Deposit dough using #12 scoop in 4 x 6 pattern on greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  5. Sprinkle each biscuit with coarse sugar. Press down slightly to shape, if desired
  6. Bake as directed below.
