Strawberry Crunch Parfaits

Strawberries and yogurt alternate in layers topped with a crunch from crushed chocolate cookies.

Strawberries, IQF, chopped

Chocolate syrup

3/4 cup
Creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

  1. Place 1/4 cup (approx. 1 oz) strawberries in bottom of each 12-oz parfait cup.
  2. Pipe 1/4 cup (2 oz) yogurt into each cup.
  3. Drizzle 1 Tbsp (approx. 1 oz) chocolate syrup on top of yogurt.
  4. Add another layer of 1/4 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup yogurt.
  5. Top each parfait with 3 Tbsp of the crushed cookies, cover with domed lid and serve.

  • Tip: Parfaits can be assembled in advance. Just keep out crushed cookies and add immediately before serving.
