Sticky Biscuits

Sticky buns get an upgrade in a breakfast recipe that adds dried fruit to the buttery, brown sugar topping.

Brown sugar, packed

Pancake syrup

3/4 cup
Cinnamon, ground
1 Tbsp
Dried cranberries

Dried apricots, diced

Walnuts, chopped

  1. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat; add brown sugar, syrup, cinnamon and fruit.
  2. Heat until sugar dissolves, remove from heat and pour evenly in bottom of greased 2-inch full steam table pan.
  3. Layer with walnuts and top with biscuits in 4x7 pattern.
  4. Bake as directed below, then immediately turn pan upside down onto parchment-lined full sheet pan; let stand for 1 minute and serve warm.
