  1. Combine biscuit mix, cheese, onions, roasted red peppers, garlic and cayenne pepper in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on low speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add water and mix on low speed for 1 minute; stop mixer, scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Deposit batter using #20 scoop in 4 x 6 pattern onto parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  4. Whisk eggs and water together lightly in separate bowl; brush tops of biscuits.
  5. Bake as directed below until golden brown and allow to cool before serving.
