Prep
Thaw cinnamon rolls covered, either at room temp. 30-60 minutes until flexible or refrigerated overnight.
Assembly
Place thawed cinnamon rolls in greased jumbo muffin tins; bake as directed until golden brown.
Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over each cinnamon roll immediately; cool completely.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
Finishing
Add 1 - #30 scoop of marshmallow fluff on center of cooled cinnamon roll; slightly torch if desired to brown.
Top with 1 tsp chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp Golden Grahams then serve immediately.
Substitute your preferred cinnamon roll as desired. Note, ingredient quantities may need adjusting.
