Smoked Salmon Flatbreads

Spread Yoplait® Nonfat Plain Yogurt mixed with onions, dill and capers on baked Pillsbury™ Frozen Pie Dough Rounds. Top with smoked salmon and serve cold as a stunning open-face flatbread sandwich.

Red onion, minced

Capers, chopped

Dill, fresh

Smoked salmon, finely sliced

Prep
  1. Thaw pie dough, covered, at room temp. 15-30 minutes until flexible or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Uncover and bake on parchment-lined sheet pan as directed below; cool to room temperature before assembling.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Add yogurt, onions, capers and dill to mixing bowl; stir until combined.
  2. Spread approx. 2 oz yogurt mixture evenly over cooled pie crusts.
  3. Top with 2.5 oz smoked salmon and serve immediately.

  • Finished flatbreads can be garnished with extra onion, capers and dill for additional visual appeal if desired.
