  1. Place twirls on a parchment-lined sheet pan and cover with another parchment piece.
  2. Place empty sheet pan on top to weigh down twirls while baking; bake as directed and keep warm.

BBQ Hollandaise Sauce
  1. Add warm hollandaise and warm BBQ sauce to a mixing bowl; stir to combine.
Assembly
  1. Place 1 baked twirl on a serving plate; top with 6 oz (1 cup) warm hash browns and 4 oz (1/2 cup) of warm BBQ pork.
  2. Add 1 poached egg and drizzle with 1 oz BBQ Hollandaise Sauce.
  3. Top with 1 slice of bacon and 0.5 oz crispy onions; serve immediately.

  • Add microgreens on top for a pop of color.
